How the book club works – step by step:
Choose the book you'd like to read, select the corresponding dates, and sign up using your book club code. Haven't received a book club code?
Once at least four participants have signed up, the book club begins. You obtain the book in your preferred format. We provide a reading schedule and/or concise summaries.
In the first session, we start by getting to know each other and introducing the structure of the program. After that, sessions take place every two weeks — at the same time and on the same weekday.
Following the reading schedule, you read about two pages per day or use our concise summaries. Occasionally, you will receive small reflection prompts or exercises.
Discussion, reflection, practical exercises, and case work with other leaders. Each session is carefully prepared and guided by us to align with the book.
After seven sessions, you will have worked through one leadership book, gained new perspectives, received a certificate, and expanded your professional network.
